Two numbers find your bearing
Every mounted unit here is findable two ways: the designation printed on the housing (P2B-SCM-207 style), or the factory number from your parts book or drawing. Crusher and screen plant parts books often list only the factory number, so each product page prints both and the site search matches either.
The housing style chips narrow to pillow blocks or flange units, and the shaft size chips filter to the bore. If the shaft measures between listed sizes, the shaft is worn or metric; call before ordering.
Common questions
How do I identify the bearing from the number on it?
Mounted units carry the designation on the housing or the end cap, in the form P2B-SCM-207. Search that designation directly in the site search, or decode it: the last group is the bore code. If all you can read is a 6-digit number like 126818, that is the factory number; every listing here prints it in the description.
What does the size code mean?
The last number encodes the shaft size in sixteenths. Divide by 100 for the whole inches; the remainder is sixteenths. So 207 is a 2-7/16 inch bore and 115 is 1-15/16 inch. Measure the shaft, not the old bearing bore, if the unit is worn.
What does SCM mean?
SCM is the setscrew mount, medium duty series: a wide inner ring ball insert locked to the shaft with two setscrews, in a cast iron housing. It is the standard unit on conveyor tail and take-up shafts, screen feed rolls and general drive shafts running at normal loads.
Pillow block or flange?
Use the housing style the machine was designed with. Pillow blocks bolt to a horizontal surface and take load through the base. Flange units bolt to a vertical plate with the shaft passing through, with 2-bolt and 4-bolt patterns matching the plate drilling. They are not interchangeable without rework.
What about bearings for vibrating screens?
Screen boxes and vibrating equipment need spherical roller bearings with vibratory-rated clearances, not setscrew ball units. We stock the vibratory series in the screen bearings collection, listed by designation and bore.
All units listed are current production items from their manufacturer with the manufacturer's published load ratings. Priced items ship on factory lead time; call for price items are quoted the same business day. Sizes and housing styles beyond those listed, including take-up units and eccentric locking collars, are available on request.
