Adhesive or mechanical?

Adhesive anchoring carries the highest loads, qualifies in cracked concrete, and sets threaded rod and rebar dowels at any embedment. It needs a clean hole and cure time, from 30 minutes to overnight depending on the product and temperature.

Mechanical anchors install and take load the same hour: drill, drive, torque. Screw anchors back out for relocations, wedge anchors carry seismic ratings. For machinery, pair anchors with mounts or wedges that level the machine before it is tightened down.

Common questions

What do you need to quote anchor bolts?

Diameter, length or embedment, grade or finish, and quantity. Send the foundation drawing if you have one and we confirm the rest against it.

Why do some items show no price?

Factory order items. Request a quote and we confirm price and lead time, usually within one business day.

Do anchoring adhesives expire?

Yes. Cartridges carry 18 to 28 month shelf lives depending on the product. Each product page links the technical data sheet with storage conditions.

Can anchors be set in cold weather?

Several adhesives here install at base material temperatures down to 23 F, and one to 5 F. Check the install temperature line on the product page before winter work.
