  • Frank Aggregate products typically come with manufacturer warranties, not directly provided by Frank Aggregate but by the original manufacturers.
  • Most part products are covered by a 12-month warranty for manufacturing defects or malfunctions.
  • Manufacturer warranties cover repair or replacement at no cost, excluding return shipping fees, which are covered by the manufacturer.

Warranty Coverage

  • The warranty generally excludes expendable components and “wear parts” such as blades, knives, teeth, oil, chain sprockets, and similar components.
  • Items sold as “demo,” “return,” “resale,” “prototype,” or “closeout” are not typically covered under warranty.
  • Defects or malfunctions covered under warranty will be addressed by repair or replacement, as determined by the manufacturer.

Customer Satisfaction and Returns

  • Frank Aggregate guarantees customer satisfaction for products purchased directly, ensuring items are free from defects and match the descriptions provided.
  • For issues related to product satisfaction outside of manufacturing defects, customers can refer to the return policy, allowing for the return of unused items within 30 days.
  • The return policy details, including the process for obtaining a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

RMA Replacement Product Warranty

  • RMA replacement products have a 90-day warranty from the RMA creation date or until the end of the original warranty period, whichever is longer, covering defects in materials or workmanship.
  • Frank Aggregate ensures the equipment is as described and free from material or workmanship defects, with remedies limited to repair or replacement.
  • The warranty supersedes other warranties, express or implied, and limits Frank Aggregate’s liability to the cost of the product.
  • Frank Aggregate is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. The warranty provides exclusive remedies for issues arising from the goods sold.
