Nord-Lock Original Wedge-Locking Washers, Steel (NL series)

Wedge-locking washer pair that secures bolted joints under severe vibration and dynamic load using tension instead of friction. Cam faces between the two washers rise more steeply than the bolt thread pitch, so any rotation of the fastener increases clamp. Through hardened steel with Delta Protekt zinc flake coating rated 1,000 hours salt spray, service from -50 to 200 C, for bolts up to grade 12.9. Regular outside diameter sizes cover M3 to M130, supplied as preassembled pairs.
