Description

Twin tank grout plant for continuous production. Two 45 gallon mixing tanks alternate into a 30 gallon holding hopper feeding a 3 inch single acting piston pump; output reaches 20 GPM on air and 16 GPM on hydraulic power at 400 to 550 PSI. Air, hydraulic, electric, gas and diesel hydraulic versions weigh 890 to 2,040 lb. One tank mixes while the other discharges, keeping grout moving on large baseplate pours.
