Description

Enlarged outside diameter version of the wedge-locking washer pair, made for oversized or slotted holes, soft flanges and painted surfaces. The wider footprint spreads bearing stress over more surface while the cam and serration geometry locks the fastener against vibration loosening. Through hardened steel with Delta Protekt zinc flake coating rated 1,000 hours salt spray, service from -50 to 200 C, bolts to grade 12.9. Sizes cover M3.5 to M36 and carry the sp designation.
