Description

Wedge-locking washer pair with a conical spring shape that compensates for preload loss from settlement and relaxation while cam faces lock the bolt against rotation. Suited to joints with soft or coated mating surfaces, gaskets or short clamp lengths where standard hardware loses clamp force. Through hardened steel EN 1.7225 with Delta Protekt zinc flake coating, service from -40 to 150 C, for grade 8.8 and 10.9 bolts. Sizes NLX6 to NLX27 with sp large diameter versions; CE marked under ETA 19-0813.
