IB-500 Inertia Block Isolation Materials

Foundation isolation material system for casting an isolated concrete inertia block within a plant floor or pit. Engineered isolation and damping layers tune the block to an 8 to 19 Hz natural frequency, cutting transmission of shock and vibration between heavy dynamic equipment and the surrounding structure. Applied under presses, hammers and other machinery whose foundations need isolation that machine mounts alone cannot provide.
