Description

One gallon of silvery-finish galvanizing repair compound for brush, roller, or spray work across larger areas. The dried film carries 95 percent metallic zinc for sacrificial corrosion protection and dries to a color close to fresh hot-dip galvanizing. Practical for regalvanizing screen towers, conveyor frames, and tank exteriors. Covers 400 square feet per gallon at 1.5 mils. UL recognized as equivalent to hot-dip galvanizing; meets ASTM A780 and SSPC-Paint 20.

  • Dry time: set to touch 20-30 min; recoat 12 hr
  • Service temp: 350 F constant, 750 F intermittent
